Payment Option

Tuition at Care and Share is billed on a weekly basis. Billing is charged on Monday and it is due that Friday. Any payment not received by Friday will incur a $15 late fee. After the 3rd consecutive week of nonpayment, your child's care will be suspended until the balance is paid in full.

We allow 2 tuition free weeks per school year, (Aug. - June), to be used for vacation. These weeks must be taken in full week periods, (M-F) and we ask that you notify us at least one week in advance. If these weeks are unused, they do not roll over to the next year.

We accept payment by check, cash, credit/debit card, money order, or PayPal. However, there will be a $25 fee for each check returned to us by your bank. You will be required to make payments in cash after we receive an “NSF check.”

You must adhere to the program you choose when enrolling. You may not pay only for those days attended. If your situation changes, you must notify the office to change your program and tuition rate. No credit or discount will be given for days in which the school is closed for any reason.
