A little bit about us...
Miss Maria and Miss Aureliz founded Care and Share, Uxbridge Christian Academy in 2007 after working together in the childcare industry for five years. They share many similarities, but the one that stands out is their passion for teaching young children. After numerous discussions, they decided to open their own school. At Care and Share, UCA we strive to give children quality education, provide exceptional care, and keep open communication with our parents so that we can meet the needs of both parent and child. Together we bring more than twenty years of experience to our childcare center. We are both parents and understand what important decision choosing a childcare facility is. We look forward to exceeding the standards in the childcare industry and feel honored that you have entrusted us with the care and education of your child.Care and Share Philosophy The fundamental goal of our teachers and faculty is to assist in the education and care of each child.Our staff is dedicated to teaching, simultaneously demonstrating love, compassion, and understanding. The Christian values of peace and love are infused in the practices and principles within our school community, promoting a spirit of harmony and appreciation for diversity. Each child is accepted as unique regardless of his/her race or ethnicity.As a Christian based school, Care and Share, UCA’s priority is the development of appropriate principles and values. In a positive, nurturing, and safe environment, students are engaged in a wide spectrum of learning experiences, addressing their academic, social, and physical development. This balanced program benefits each child, allowing personal strengths to flourish. The paramount goal is to prepare students to be lifelong learners and productive members of society.

•Care and Share…where do we start? Well, we have been a part of the Care and Share family since 2008. Our oldest daughter started there when she was just about one year old. As new parents, we were very nervous and sad to return to work and leave our little girl every day, but Care and Share provided excellent care towards our daughter and made her transition into school incredibly smooth. They also took special care of Mommy and Daddy that had a more difficult time holding back the tears. The teachers at Care and Share are what make it so special. They are excellent teachers…and coming from an educator that says a lot. They are warm and care so much for our kids. Our youngest daughter has attended since she was 4 months and has loved it since day one. She is the happiest kid throughout her day and loves her teachers. Our family loves Care and Share and we have complete confidence in the structured, educational, and fun learning environment which they provide for our kids.- The Ferguson Family•We came to know Care & Share through a good friend, which my elementary school aged daughter has been attending since it first opened. After touring the school and meeting the wonderful teachers, we were very comfortable sending our children to Care & Share. The name says it all, they teach the students how to care and share. Teachers are very professional and very loving. They treat the kids as one of their own. I know my child is well taken care of and in a great safe environment. •What a Lucky Find! I have a two year old who attends school at Care & Share. I was very anxious about leaving my daughter at school for the first time but the staff at Care & Share made me feel at ease. They allowed me to call and check up on my daughter as many times as I wanted. My daughter loves to come to school and just adores her teacher. The school is small and very family oriented. My daughter and I always feel welcome when we walk in the door each day. I absolutely love the school and plan on keeping my daughter here through fifth grade. •Both of our kids are enrollled there (6yr/9mth) and we couldn't be happier! We actually like that it's a small school, as all the teachers are actively involved in the kid's care and education and there's truly a sense of family felt throughout. We've actually recommended the school to a few friends and so far, we have three couples that have enrolled their kids, with at least two of them recommending them to their own friends. The staff is very caring and attentive to any concerns brought up and the fact that the kids simply love going to school is added proof that they're a great school. •Care & Share is an excellent school with loving and knowledgeable teachers who really take care of our children. I have two children who attend and they are excited to go to school everyday. I am amazed each day at what they learn. Even my one year old comes home singing. My four year old is learning to read and we couldn't be happier. I can drop my children off knowing they are receiving the best care possible. •Love CARE & SHARE! My 4 year old and my 6 year old both attend Care & Share. They have been going there since k3 and I am so impressed with the level of education they provide to the littlest of children. My 4 year old is reading 3 letter words and is excited about it every day he comes home after school. My first grader is writing in cursive and reads like a big girl! I am blown away with the curriculum, teachers, administartion and the facility. It's a diamond in the rough of East Fort Lauderdale!It's a safe place for my children and I recomend it to everyone!
